CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb 23, 2015) - Blackbird Energy Inc. ("Blackbird" or the "Company") (TSX VENTUE:BBI) is pleased to announce that its Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders of the Corporation (the "AGM") will be held in the Viking Room at the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. (MST). Shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in person may listen to our conference call and concurrently view a live webcast presentation of the AGM.
