VANCOUVER, Aug. 31, 2011 - Precision Enterprises Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PSC.H) (the "Company") announces that Richard Barnett, CGA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, taking the place of Tom Needham, who has resigned. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Needham for his service in this office to the Company since November 2007.
Mr. Barnett is currently Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of four other public companies. He obtained his CGA designation in September 2008, and over his 20 plus years as an accountant, he has served as CFO or Controller of a diversified list of public and private companies. The Company welcomes the expertise of Mr. Barnett as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary.
