Transoceanic Investments Inc. (TSXV: OCEN) (OTCQB: OCEEF), formerly Mason Resources Inc. ("Transoceanic" and/or the "Company"), announces that pursuant to its recent name change announced on April 9, 2026, its ticker on the OTCQB has changed to OCEEF effective immediately.
