Trinidad Drilling Ltd. (Trinidad) (TSX:TDG) announces the resignation of three directors - Dale Johnson, Elson McDougald and Don Seaman, effective immediately.
Messrs. Johnson, McDougald and Seaman joined Trinidad's board of directors following the acquisition of CanElson Drilling Inc. in August 2015. Trinidad thanks them for their efforts through the transition period and with the integration of CanElson's operations and employees. Trinidad wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
