Cardiff Energy Corp. Provides Drilling and Corporate Update
Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / August 10 2015 - Cardiff Energy Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F", US Pinksheets: "CRRDF") would like to provide an update on the drilling of the Clayton #1H well. It has been determined with consultation from Martin Energies, operator of the Clayton #1H well and Company's representatives that the current drill contractor should be replaced due to performance issues. A new drill contractor has been engaged and will commence drilling shortly. The drill employed will be larger and more powerful with a very experienced crew. The Company anticipates faster drilling and completion of drilling of the Clayton #1H well with the equipment employed.
The Company would also like to announce the retirement of Lorne Torhjelm as CEO and Director of the Company. Lorne was the founder of Cardiff Energy Corp. and has led the company since inception. The Company thanks Lorne for his dedication and leadership. Jack Bal, President of Cardiff Energy Corp. will become the CEO of the Company.
