CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2015) - Further to its news releases dated March 2, 2015, Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NFK) announced today that it has received notice from the TSX Venture Exchange of its change of listing from a Tier 1 to a Tier 2 issuer and a review for a transfer to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. In accordance with TSX Venture Policy 2.5, if the Company does not satisfy the requirements for a TSX Venture Tier 2 company by June 4, 2015, the Company's listing will transfer to NEX.
