Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: NRM) (“Noram” or the “Company”) today announced that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of an aggregate of 637,500 warrants previously issued.
The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which closed on October 30, 2012 and are exercisable at the price of $0.25.
The warrants had an expiry date of October 30, 2014 and will be extended for a period of two additional years so that they will now expire on October 30, 2016. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
The above amendment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
