On 8 July 2014, Chief Financial Officer Andrew J. Fairclough purchased 38,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 67.00 pence per share. Mr. Fairclough now has a shareholding of 53,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
On 8 July 2014, Non-Executive Director Henry G. Wilson purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 66.83 pence per share. Mr. Wilson now has a shareholding of 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
