In addition, the following resolutions were also approved at the Annual Meeting: (i) the appointment of the Auditors; (ii) the amendment to the Corporation's By-Law No.1 to add an advance notice provision for nominations of directors by shareholders in certain circumstances; (iii) the option exchange program; (iv) the adoption of an amendment to the Company's Amended Stock Incentive Plan; and (v) the approval of all unallocated entitlements under the Company's Amended Stock Incentive Plan, all as further described in the Company's management information circular dated May 7, 2014.
