CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2014) - Delphi Energy Corp. ("Delphi" or the "Company") (TSX:DEE) is pleased to announce the voting results for the election of directors at its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 27th, 2014. Each of the eight nominees proposed in the management proxy circular for the 2014 annual meeting of shareholders were re-elected as directors. A total of 82,470,424 common shares ("Common Shares") of the Company, representing approximately 53.33 percent of Common Shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting. Detailed results of the vote are set out in the table below.
