CALGARY, Nov. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Petromanas Energy Inc. ("Petromanas", or the "Company") (TSXV:PMI) today announced that Mr. Heinz J. Scholz and Mr. Werner Ladwein have resigned from the Company's Board of Directors to focus on other commitments, effective immediately.
