(TSX-V: GOM; FRANKFURT: 3G8N) (the “Company” or “Golden Dawn”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Derek Liu is appointed to be the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company effective August 1, 2012. Mr. Jayram Hosanee has resigned from the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Hosanee for his time and contribution to Golden Dawn.
Mr. Liu is a professional accountant with over 15 year diverse international experiences in financial reporting, auditing, and accounting. He is a member of Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia ("CGA, BC") and a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") in the State of Colorado, USA. He has held senior accounting positions, such as corporate controller and chief financial officer, at a numerous public Canadian mining companies for the past several years.
