BURLINGTON, ON, Aug. 17, 2011 /CNW/ -- BURLINGTON, ON, Aug. 17, 2011 /CNW/ - Silver Shield Resources Corp.('Silver Shield) (TSXV-SSR) has announced today that the Option Agreement on the 'Sandeb' Property with TrueClaim Exploration Inc, as previously announced on March 1, 2011 has not been finalized and that the Agreement is terminated.
Tim D. Towers, CEO commented 'While these claims are indeed interesting, it has taken an extended period of time to complete the deal, and the Company has had encouraging results at not only the Welsh Silver Mine but the La Cumbre Gold and Silver Project. Accordingly, the Company intends to allocate its resources to the more advanced projects.'
