Silver Shield Resources gab gestern eine Aktienkonsolidierung bekannt. Demnach legt das Unternehmen zum heutigen Tag seine Stammaktien auf der Basis 10:1 zusammen. Zuletzt hatte Silver Shiled 82.570.350 Stammaktien ausstehend, nach der Konsolidierung sind es 8.257.035. Das Kürzel "SSR" an der TSX Venture Exchange bleibt unverändert.
