VANCOUVER, May 8, 2026 - Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Prospect Ridge") (CSE:PRR)(OTCQB:PRRSF)(FRA:OED) announces that Mr. Brad Scharfe has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective May 7, 2026, to pursue other business interests.

The Company thanks Mr. Scharfe for his valuable contributions, leadership, and commitment during his four years of service on the Board and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
