Aurwest Resources Announces Stock Option Grant
Calgary - Aurwest Resources Corp. ("Aurwest" or the "Company") (CSE: AWR) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the grant of an aggregate of 6,000,000 stock options ("Options") pursuant to the Company's stock option plan ("Stock Option Plan") to certain directors and officers of the Company, subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE"). The Options entitle the holder thereof to acquire the same number of common shares of the Company and will be exercisable at a price of $0.025 per common share for a period of 5 years from the date of grant. The Options were granted under and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan and are subject to a statutory four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
