Nio Strategic Metals Announces Grants of Stock Options

Montreal, November 13, 2025 - Nio Strategic Metals Inc. (TSXV: NIO) (OTC Pink: NIOCF) ("Nio" or the "Corporation"), a critical mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce the grant of incentive stock options under its stock option plan, to an officer, and directors of the Corporation, to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,800,000 common shares. The stock options are exercisable at a price of CA$0.15 per share expiring October 13, 2030. The options, granted in accordance with the provisions of the Corporation's stock option plan, are subject to the TSX Venture Exchange policies and the applicable securities laws.
