Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Point Loma Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: PLX) (the "Corporation" or “Point Loma”) announces that the Corporation has issued an aggregate of 47,143 common shares to eight of its senior officers and employees, with a value of no more than $2,500 per month for each such officer or employee, for the month ended November 30, 2016.
The common shares were issued at the TSX Venture Exchange closing share price for November 30, 2016 of $0.35.
Further to our engagement of Proactive Investors (Point Loma Press Release of November 21, 2016) Point Loma has paid a fee of $15,000 for one year of services.
