VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sep 4, 2015) - Discovery Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DVN)(FRANKFURT:ODV)(OTCQX:DTVMF) ("Discovery") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with one of its creditors pursuant to which it has agreed to settle debt in the amount of $127,500 in exchange for the issuance of 1,062,500 common shares at a deemed price of $0.12 per share. The proposed debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
