"Athabasca Nuclear is privileged to attract Mr. Hearst to our Board of Directors. His background as a Chartered Accountant and as a senior executive significantly strengthens our audit committee and overall team," stated Ryan Kalt, Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
Mr. Hearst is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of junior and senior public companies, with both international and domestic operations. Mr. Hearst is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada.
Option Grant
Pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, and subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, the Corporation reports that it intends to grant 725,000 stock options to certain Directors and Officers of the Corporation, such stock options having an exercise price of $0.05 per share, a five-year term, and immediate vesting.
