(TSXV: CQV) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: DFM) (the "Company") is pleased to provide the results of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on December 17, 2014. Each of the resolutions, as listed in the Company's information circular dated November 13, 2014, was approved, including the election of management nominees Gerard Edwards, Robert Smiley and Dr. George Langdon to the board of directors.
Jerome Byrne and D. Samuel Walters did not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting. The Company would like to thank Messrs. Byrne and Walters for their service and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
