Mr. Pesner spent 26 years as a partner at KPMG and predecessor firms. He currently sits on the board of a number of public and private corporations, including Richmont Mines Inc., Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. and Alexandria Minerals Corp. in the mining and resource sector. Mr. Pesner is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University.
