TORONTO, Oct 15, 2014 - Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX:CZQ) (the "Company", or "Continental") announces the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held in Toronto, Ontario on October 15, 2014.
At the Meeting, all director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated September 5, 2014 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the votes cast for each director elected at the Meeting were as follows:
