CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - Sept. 15, 2014) - Canamax Energy Ltd. ("Canamax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CAC) is pleased to announce the listing of 7,951,514 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Company on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Warrants will be listed under the symbol CAC.WT and posted for trading starting Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
The Warrants were issued pursuant to the previously announced acquisition by the Company of Ki Exploration Inc. and previously announced private placements which closed in December, 2013 and in January, April and May, 2014. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Canamax at an exercise price of $2.40 until March 31, 2016.
