(“Mobius” or the “Company”) today announced that Mr. John Newman, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Mobius, will be resigning from his positions to pursue other opportunities effective July 31, 2014. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Max Zureski, Vice President, Business Development of Mobius, as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Zureski has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance and holds Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations. Mr. Zureski has experience in public accounting, equity research and investment banking and has previously served as Chief Financial Officer of two private oil and gas companies.
