CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired - Feb. 10, 2014) - Margaux Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MRL) ("Margaux" or the "Corporation") announces that it has issued 1,075,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company in accordance with the Corporation's shareholder approved stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at $0.10 per share, expire in five years and vest as to one-third immediately and one-third on each of the first and second anniversaries of the date of granting.
