TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/12 -- Excalibur Resources Ltd. (CNSX: XBR)(FRANKFURT: X9CN) ("Excalibur" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,833,331 common shares at $0.30 per share for a total of $1,450,000. Proceeds will be applied to the Company's Catanava gold production project in Mexico, for potential acquisitions and to working capital.
The Company has granted to a consultant an incentive stock option to acquire 400,000 common shares at $0.27 per share for a five year period.
Excalibur Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration mining company focused on the discovery, development and mining of economically viable precious metal mineral resources.
