Georox announces graduation from Tier 2 to Tier 1 of the Tsx Venture Exchange

KELOWNA, BC, Sept. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Georox Resources Inc. ("Georox" or the "Corporation") (GXR:TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) is pleased to announce that the Corporation has met the requirements of Tier 1 on the TSX Venture Exchange effective September 7, 2012. Tier 1 is reserved for the most advanced issuers with the most significant financial resources on the TSX Venture Exchange.
