Terrex Energy Inc. ("Terrex" or the "Company") (TSXV: TER) announces that Ms. Kim Davies has resigned as a Director of Terrex, effective immediately. Ms. Davies was not included in the slate of nominees for the board of directors at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting to be held on August 17, 2012 and there is no replacement being considered at this time.
Terrex Energy Inc. is a Calgary based junior oil company that focuses on the application of proven enhanced oil recovery methods to improve oil production from existing mature fields.
