The Board of Directors of Terrex wish to announce that Kim Davies has left the Company effective as of this date. Mr. Jonathan Lexier, P.Eng. has agreed to assume the position of President and CEO of Terrex.
The Board wishes to thank Ms. Davies for her vision and unfailing commitment to Terrex as its President and CEO since the Company's incorporation in 2010.
Mr. Lexier is an independent businessman and a professional engineer with 28 years of industry experience. Mr. Lexier is the former President and CEO of Highpine Oil & Gas, as well as former COO of NAL Resources. He is currently an independent director of Silk Road Energy, a TSX-V listed company and a member of the Board of Governors of SEPAC as well as a director of Terrex.
Terrex Energy Inc. is a Calgary based junior oil company that focuses on the application of proven enhanced oil recovery methods to improve oil production from existing mature fields. Terrex targets underexploited and undercapitalized light to medium oil reservoirs in Western Canada. The Company's shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol 'TER'.
