In its announcement of 11 July 2011 (under the heading "Block Admission and
Exercise of Share Options") African Eagle erroneously announced the numbers of
shares outstanding for the Company. The correct number of shares outstanding at
that date was 409,586,128 instead of the incorrectly announced 409,715,128.

As such, and as reflected above, the total number of shares in issue at 11
January 2012 is 409,586,128.
