(TSX VENTURE: VIO)(FRANKFURT: VL5) announces that, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval, Vior will issue 63,305 common shares at deemed price of $0.094 per share to Fonds de solidarite FTQ ('FTQ') representing the interest due (totalling $5,950.68) as of July 17, 2011, pursuant to a private placement by way of convertible debenture in the principal amount of $100,000 on July 17, 2009, that bears interest at the rate of 12% per annum, payable semi-annually in cash of in common shares from Vior's capital stock.
