TORONTO, Jan. 28 /CNW/ - Aldridge Minerals Inc. (TSX Venture: AGM) ("Aldridge" or the "Company") today announced that it has engaged Auburn Partners to provide select investor relations services.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will pay Auburn Partners a fee of $5,000 per month for a period of 3 months. The term of the engagement can be extended with the prior written consent of both parties and may be terminated by the Company upon 30 days notice.
