(TSX VENTURE: MFM) ('Marifil') announced today that the Compay's CFO, Michael Sweatman, has resigned as the CFO for personal reasons and to pursue other commitments. Marifil is currently seeking potential candidates and will appoint a CFO prior to August 30, 2010 in order to facilitate an orderly transition.
