March 16 - Calgary, Alberta - EF EnergyFunders Ventures Inc. ("EnergyFunders" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:EFV) (OTC:PRIEF) is pleased to announce that Garrett Glass has been appointed by EnergyFunders' directors to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the Corporation.
In addition to serving as a Director of the Corporation, Garrett is also the managing partner and co-founder of a real estate development company with 20 years of business and financial management experience. Previously, as the CFO, Garrett spent the last 14 years building businesses alongside the founder and CEO of a multi-billion dollar investment enterprise, focused primarily on ranching and energy investments. He has led and promoted multiple process improvement initiatives, system integrations, automation projects, and AI endeavors. Prior to his energy stint, Garrett worked in assurance and advisory consulting services for Ernst & Young. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from Trinity University.
Matthew P. Milligan has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the Corporation. EnergyFunders wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
