Pieridae Grants Common Shares & Options

CALGARY, July 03, 2019 - Pieridae Energy Ltd. (Pieridae or the Company) (TSXV: PEA) today announces that in accordance with its Directors’ Compensation Policy, 33,584 common shares of Pieridae Energy Ltd. were granted to its Directors on July 3, 2019, at the price value of $0.89 per share.

In addition, the company announces that in accordance with its stock option plan, on July 3, 2019 it granted to its employees and directors the option to purchase 3,149,341 common shares of the Company, at an exercise price of $0.89 per share. These stock options will expire on July 3, 2024.
