RADNOR, January 2, 2019 - Kaskela Law LLC is investigating Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) ("Denbury") of behalf of the Company's stockholders.
On October 28, 2018, Denbury announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Penn Virginia Corp. in a cash and stock transaction. According to the announcement, Denbury has agreed to exchange $25.86 per share in cash and 12.4 shares of newly-issued Denbury common stock for each share of Penn Virginia common stock, in a transaction valued at approximately $1.7 billion. Since the time of that announcement, shares ofDenbury's common stock have declined over 60% in value.
