VANCOUVER, May 3, 2018 /CNW/ - Leagold Mining Corp. (TSX:LMC; OTCQX:LMCNF) ("Leagold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results of its Annual General Meeting held on May 3, 2018. Leagold shareholders voted to elect all of the nominees of the Company's Board of Directors and reappoint Deloitte LLP as its auditors for the ensuing year. Shareholders holding 122,389,004 shares or 80.64% of the outstanding shares of the Company were present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting.
