Mr. Brown, who was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Argentex Mining Corp., is a geologist, BSc (Hons), BA, MBA, with over 20 years' experience in the natural resources sector, most of it focused in Latin America. Austral believes that Mr. Brown's experience will be invaluable in helping the company leverage its recent TSX Venture Exchange listing and assist with identifying and securing further growth opportunities in Latin America.
