Bankers Petroleum Announces Annual Meeting Voting Results and Election of Directors
CALGARY, May 20, 2015 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers" or the "Company") (TSX: BNK, AIM: BNK) is pleased to announce that 148,146,895 shares (56.72% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares) were represented at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 20, 2015 (the "Meeting") and all of the resolutions were duly passed. Specifically, all of the nine Director nominees proposed in the Company's management information circular, dated April 14, 2015, were elected as Directors of the Company.
