A meeting of the shareholders of the Company is being held on November 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Foothills Room, Suite 300, Centennial Place West Tower, 250 5^th Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta. At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider resolutions to consolidate the common shares of the Company and to change the name of the Company to "Toro Oil & Gas Ltd".
