VANCOUVER, March 28, 2014 - Iron Tank Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TNK) (the "Corporation") announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP (the "Successor Auditor") as auditor of the Corporation effective March 25, 2014, to replace Cinnamon Jang Willoughby, Chartered Accountants ("Former Auditor"), the former auditor, whom resigned effective March 25, 2014.
There were no reservations in the Former Auditor's reports in connection with the financial statements of the Corporation for the period commencing at the beginning of the Corporation's two most recently completed financial years and ending on the date of resignation of the Former Auditor.
The Corporation confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending.
