CALGARY, Aug. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Calvalley Petroleum Inc. ("Calvalley" or the "Company") (TSX: CVI.A) announces that the Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of Cdn$0.07 per common share payable to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014. The special dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and will be paid in cash on September 15, 2014.
