LONDON, June 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Serabi Gold Plc (AIM:SRB) (TSX:SBI), the Brazilian focused gold mining and development company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 June 2014, shareholders approved all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting dated 20 May 2014.
Dr. Doug Jones and Mr Daniel Kunz did not submit themselves for re-election and following the completion of the Annual General Meeting have both stepped down as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect. The Board extends its thanks to both of them for their significant contributions to the development of the Company during a transformational time.
