New Zealand Energy Announces New Venue for AGM and Shareholder Update
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 19, 2014) - New Zealand Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NZ)(OTCQX:NZERF) ("NZEC" or the "Company") will hold its annual general meeting on Monday, June 23, 2014 commencing at 10:00 am PDT. Following the formal business of the meeting, NZEC will host a shareholder update commencing at approximately 10:15 am PDT.
To ensure adequate seating for shareholders attending in person, NZEC has booked a new venue for the meeting. Shareholders who cannot attend the meeting in person are invited to participate in the webcast and conference call, which will include an opportunity to ask questions of NZEC's executive team.
