LIMA, PERU -- (Marketwired - April 4, 2014) - Minera IRL Limited ("Minera IRL" or the "Company") (TSX:IRL) (AIM:MIRL) (LMA:MIRL), the Latin America gold mining company, was notified on 3 April 2014 that on the same day, Mr Daryl Hodges, a Director of the Company, purchased 120,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of C$0.15 per ordinary share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Hodges holds 215,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.09 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
