(TSX VENTURE:WIF) ("Windfire") - Clive Massey, President of Windfire, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's news release dated February 5, 2014 the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement of 4,400,000 shares at a price of $0.05 per share for proceeds of $220,000.
All securities issued pursuant to this financing are subject to a 4 month hold period from the Closing Date.
