(EV - TSX Venture), ("Erin") Proposes to carry out a private placement of up to 8,000,000 Units at a price of $0.07 per Unit. If fully subscribed the placement would provide the company with total proceeds of $560,000. The funds will be used to finance exploration and other expenses on the company's Piskanja boron project in Serbia and for working capital. Finders' fees of up to 10% may be paid. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. The warrant will have a two year term with an exercise price of $0.25. This placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. There is no assurance that the placement will be completed in full or at all.
