(TSX VENTURE: NED) (the "Company" or "New Destiny) announces that Mr. Jonathan Reilly has resigned, effective immediately from his position as CFO and Director. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Reilly for his contribution to the development of the Company.
New Destiny Mining would also like to announce the appointment of Ms. Ping Shen to Director and CFO of the Company. Ms. Shen has been the Chief Financial Officer of Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. since 2008. She is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in both China and Canada and a member of the Certified General Accountant Association of Canada. From 1999 until 2001, Ms. Shen was a Senior Staff Accountant with Jones Richards & Company. Ms. Shen operates as an Independent Consultant providing accounting services for several public companies in the communications, IT, environmental and mining industries listed with the TSX-V since 2001.
