VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/12 -- Standard Graphite Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SGH) (the "Company") reported that it has entered into a consulting agreement to retain Pure IR of Munich, Germany to provide financial public relations services. Pure IR will assist the Company in expanding its profile and conveying the Company's key messages primarily to the European investment community.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has retained Pure IR for a twelve-month period effective February 15, 2012 and expiring February 15, 2013. Pure IR will be paid EUR25,000 plus approved expenses for selected services.
Pure IR provides customized services for companies involved in commodity production and exploration, including targeted information and communication strategies. Pure IR's mission is the professional care of its clients in all phases of business development.
Pure IR and Standard Graphite Corp. are at arm's length. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
